Ministry of Territorial Administration and Decentralization

The Ministry of Territorial Administration and Decentralization shall be under the authority of a Minister, assisted by a Minister Delegate in charge of Regional and Local Authorities.

The Minister of Territorial Administration and Decentralization shall be responsible for the preparation, implementation and assessment of Government policy on territorial administration, civil protection and decentralization.

He shall have supervisory authority over the Special Council Support Fund for Mutual Assistance (FEICOM), some public institutions charged with the implementation of decentralization, and the Local Government Training Centre (CEFAM).
