In an exclusive interview granted on Tuesday,23 December 2008 to  the official daily Cameroon Tribune, the Minister of State, Minister of Territorial Administration and Decentralization  explained and clarified the two important instruments signed  by the President of the Republic last November 12. These instruments are Decree No. 2008/376 to lay down the administrative organization of the Republic of Cameroon and Decree No.2008/377 to determine the powers and duties of the heads of administrative units and to lay down the organization and functioning of their services.
