DECENTRALIZATION - YAOUNDE HOSTS AFRICA E-mail

From 28 to 30 May, Cameroon will be hosting two major conferences focused on decentralization issues in Africa. These are the All Africa Ministerial Conference on Decentralization and Local Development (AMCOD), and the Ministerial Conference on Leadership Capacity Building for Decentralized Governance and Poverty Alleviation in Africa.

The conferences will take place at the Yaounde Conference Centre and relevant preparations have been going on smoothly within an inter-ministerial committee chaired by the Minister of State, Minister of Territorial Administration and Decentralization.

Below, we publish the provisional programme for the two conferences in advance, subject to any modifications.
